The Parker Flats Project consists of two 3 story steel frame buildings which are approved for conversion to 42 multi-family units. The two buildings are in shell condition. 14 acre feet of water is available through the City Seaside & the Marina Coast Water District. Building plans are in process at the City of Seaside. The Parker Flats Project has views of the Highway 68 ridge line from Pacific Grove to Mount Toro, ocean views, Santa Cruz Mountains, and the oak canopy in Fort Ord. There is land for potential additional development. The buildings are located adjacent to the Defense Department Monterey building, which used to be the Fort Ord Hospital.
